Whenever you ask a question, they either act like they have no idea what you're talking about or keep sending you from one person to another without ever solving the problem. On top of that, the staff are often rude and unhelpful. They don't provide real solutions, only frustration and wasted time. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this bank. If you have other options, run as far away from Providus Bank as you can.

I am a wheelchair user and I have an account with access bank, o n getting to the bank premises the security was cordial and went in to get someone to attend to me cos their branch is not wheelchair accessible. The person he reached out didn’t come out but asked him to inform me to go to another branch. I told him I would want to know why I would not be attended to by a staff inside and he should call someone. The left me outside and when I was frustrated and decided to leave the bank premises that was when the silly lady came out but by then I was going towards my cab. She proceeded to call me to come meet her which was disrespectful. I have an account in that bank and I have the right to get service just like every customer. To think this happened in 2 more branches and it was the fourth one that I was treated properly. Do better Accessbank
