Honestly, the least he could offer was an apology. I'm unimpressed!!!!

Mamoud A. ★★★★★ : I am compelled to raise a formal public concern regarding the ongoing RSA Data Recapture exercise being conducted by Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers at their Abuja office. As contributors are aware, this exercise is mandatory under the regulatory framework of the National Pension Commission (PenCom). However, the way it is currently being implemented at this location is deeply troubling. Customers are being subjected to extremely long waiting times, running into several hours, due to what appears to be poor planning and inefficient processing. Many contributors have had to leave their workplaces to comply with this regulatory requirement, only to spend most of their day waiting to be attended to. This level of operational inefficiency is unacceptable for an institution entrusted with managing citizens’ retirement savings. Even more concerning is the environment provided for customers while waiting. The designated sitting area is located very close to a running generator that is producing noise levels exceeding 80 dB(A). Sustained exposure to such noise levels raises legitimate health and environmental concerns and may fall short of acceptable occupational and environmental standards. This situation raises serious questions about customer welfare, operational planning, and compliance with basic environmental considerations. I have documented this situation with photographs for evidence. I respectfully call the attention of PenCom to this matter and urge them to ensure that PFAs conducting mandatory regulatory exercises do so in a manner that protects the dignity, safety, and time of contributors. Institutions entrusted with managing pension funds must be held to the highest standards of professionalism, efficiency, and customer care. Contributors deserve better.
