Almost everything there is slow because of the crowd. People from villages around Kuje come to the bank. I wish a bigger branch can be built in Kuje to ease the stress for customers

Insufficient serving ATMs to cater the needs of the growing population. It's gotten better over time, however I'm hopeful the bank improves on what's already existing.
