It's OK, although it's not called diamond bank anymore, it's now called access bank. It's been bought by access bank. And about my experience there, the response time was quite slow

This branch is located inside Banex plaza so it's easy to miss if you are driving, so watch carefully. The bank is right at the entrance of old Banex plaza. This branch gets a lot of customers due to the location but the banking hall is not too crowded and the staff are efficient…
