Access bank, Karu branch, for residents of Karu, Jikwoyi and environs. Usually less busy between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. This is the ideal time to come around, especially if you have an issue to be resolved by the customer care reps. The staff are cordial.

Very slow branch. Just 1 person is handling ATM card request as big as the branch is. They can adopt GTB's card collection from the ATM itself

Its crowded at the atm and most of the machines are not dispensing cash. The customer service is fast but they are not that polite and professional.

I gave this one a 5 star rating because they really worth it. Although their bank branch here is very crowded and the Cooling system barely works due to the crowd, but their ATM is just #1 . They have about 9 ATM's and they always dispense cash so almost everyone from Nyanya…

Any Access bank branch offers good services including this one, it has ATM point and the location is easily accessible and secured with security men.
