I had my best customer service here, last week. The lady who attended to me was so helpful, and it was to everyone. Her name's Joy, I believe. She answers all your questions, even the seemingly silly ones, without making you feel dumb.

I was disappointed with the service I received after my first visit. I can't imagine account opening will take a month plus even with several calls and I had to revisit the branch, yet one account is still pending. 💔
