Access bank took card maintenance money from an account that is not active. Beat that! The facility for this branch is fine. No doubt. The customer service was good. No long queue. Plenty Atm(s). But did they have to put their notice on pillars though?

Convenient ATM Galleries. It's on the inside of the Banking premise so it is secured. No need to bother about someone looking over your shoulder, they have enough machines to go round and if ever there is a crowd the line forms outside the Gallery itself, rarely happens.

Diamond bank has excellent staff, and warm welcoming security guards, their ATM gallery is always having cash, never disappointed me and no queues. They also have a good mobile banking app. I do hope you bank with Diamond Bank.
