Lousy bunch of staff that seem to be forced to come to work. I have never gotten a good customer service in this branch. The security guards do well to welcome and bid you have a nice day but the main staff need to be trained again. No smile, avoid inquiries because they are not…

The bank is well located. It is in the heart of a very commercial street and business district. However, the bank is quite small and does not have the capacity to manage the customers it attracts. Services are delayed due to the staff handicap. They have ATMs but not enough for…

Basically, a small market branch of the bank, mostly used by customers who want to make cash purchases, they've got about 3 dispensers here, the machines are mostly reliable, which probably explains the constant queues here.
