Left standing for 30 GOOD minutes waiting for card lady who left her seat. No one seemed concerned. she strolled in so casually chewing gum and being silly. Not helpful at all. Her ID card was intentionally turned and all the security refused ro let us know her name. All laughing as if it’s a joke.
