This is absolutely not acceptable, online by 8am the very branch in zone 5 is open but when you get to the bank the security would tell you that bank open 10am. What type of useless policy is that. Who so ever first bank zone 5 manager is, he should do the right job and start…

It is a bank building with only banking transactions. It has it's ATM located by the gate side making it very accessible to the public even when the bank is closed.
