The bank can do way better than its doing. The bank staff are slow and inefficient, there are hardly any chairs in the waiting areas. Very poor communication. They should probably re-orient their staff because they lack good customer service and are very slow and not empathetic.

I like this bank. It's been the I have been using since small... There customer care is amazing. You could also get issues settled online via there handles either on tweeter or gmail... At least those are the two I use. Guaranty Trust Bank..
