This particular branch in Nyanya still operates with outdated policies. They seem way behind as compared to other banks. Their services in this branch are quite slow as their customer service reps could engage one customer for over 1 hour. A worn out experience

Sincerely speaking, I have never been this frustrated by any bank since when I stepped into this bank. They have low number of staff and the service delivery is incredibly poor. I do not recommend banking with this branch especially on a hot Monday morning like this.
