The access Bank beside royal dream hotel. Have a very poor customer service experience. Just 3 customer service attending to large numbers of people and they take a lot of time attending to one person not minding if people have other engagement or activities, this is not nice…

The only good thing I know about this bank is that they have either bank branch or ATM everywhere you go. Their charges are exorbitant. Their mobile app is difficult to setup or transfer from one device to another. Their staff are very friendly and respectful.
