Currently the worst bank services Terrible , also restricting account access for invalid reasons to make matters worse the only have the branch available for there will be unlimited waiting time to resolve issues

My rating would be a 3.5. the atmosphere is clean. But not really too much with their promises on delivery. I have had two experiences where I had to make unnecessary follow up. One of these was failed transactions that got debited. Nevertheless I would still recommend.

The banking hall is very clean without smell. The workers are well behaved. Very polite. But the securities outside likes you to feel they are doing you a favour by giving you a parking space. They like to be tipped. I never did.

Too slow, it takes about 20 to 30 minutes to attend to one person. I regret coming to this branch. If you have other things to do please do not visit this branch, except you want to spend your whole day in the bank.

Standard Chartered Bank is the best bank in Nigeria. Their staffs are professional. Just that there is queue in this branch. The environment is clean, no much parking space. it's generally okay.
