The place was quiet and almost empty. There was very little queue on each section, tellering, customer care etc. the staff were nice and polite.

Worst branch I have ever been anywhere in Nigeria. every time I come here, I end up going to another branch. Rude and curt staff, and very disorganized. I just had to do this review after another miscalculated attempt on my part to give them another try.

You outside atm have Technical fault of rebooting it's self while in use, as a result it seize atm card. This software fault have been like this for more than a year and nothing is been done about it and our cards are not been return to us. Do some thing about this. I am stranded…
