What we won’t do

No pay-to-win

We will never sell ranking positions. Ever. A Featured listing is a visible label only — it does not change your position in the ranking, full stop. This is the line we don't cross — read our /how-we-rank methodology if you want to verify.

Ads we'd click ourselves

We don't accept ads for unregulated loan apps, MLMs, get-rich schemes, or any business currently on a Nigerian regulator's blacklist (FCCPC, CBN, NAICOM). We've banned 45+ apps from our own /apps directory; we're not going to take their money on a banner either.

Transparent attribution

Every paid placement carries a clear visual marker ('Featured', 'Sponsored', 'Partner'). No native ads dressed as editorial. No surprise affiliate links inside listings.
