This facility feels like an oasis, a rose amongst thorns. The location lets it down slightly, as the road, street lighting, poor signage on the way to the venue may be discouraging, until you arrive and appreciate the facilities, services and friendly customer support.
Mr Sam, his front of desk team and the kitchen/restaurant staff were fantastic. It was my sister's birthday and she got a splendid thoughtful reception, with everyone singing best wishes and a customised cake free. You made her day, thank you.
Overall its a 5 star, i would come again, but i would ask the management to consider collaborating with other establishments nearby and local government to provide better roads, street lights leading to these excellent venues, which would only improve quality of life for the local community and encourage more customer interest to boost small businesses and grow local economy.

The staff were extremely friendly and ready to help and seemed happier than in other establishments we went in to. The atmosphere was great. They also found a gold bracelet I lost in the Foyer and a coral necklace I left in the bedroom and returned them to me. They even left 4K Naira tip my son left out in his bedroom for cleaning. I would definitely stay here again.

All the members of staff were extremely polite and very helpful. Everyone stood to attention as soon as we walked by, and I don’t think I had to open a door for myself once.
The room was tidy, clean and comfortable.
The power cuts were very short - I never noticed one lasting longer than maybe a minute. The only downside was that the hot water sometimes cut out, but with the outside temperature over 30°C most of the time, the cold shower didn’t bother me.
The spa staff were super friendly too and the massage made me feel brand new.
The drinks at the bar were really good too.
I will definitely come back next time I’m in Lagos!

The Ladies, Peace and happiness 😄 at reception are fantastic they always greet you with a smile, they are friendly and very welcoming . Lovely ladie. All staff are nice to be honest, the house keeping was good.
It was not until the last day that I noted a member of staff who does massages in the hotel .
I booked with them immediately I would have had another session had I known from the beginning this service was available here.
The hotel needs to put a sign up in the reception or by the lift or a table to advertise this service as maybe many guest are missing this great on site treatment . I had a Swedish massage the massage was fantastic. Please promote this service to your guests.
Guest need to be made aware in advance of when and what entertainers are coming otherwise like us we only saw the pianist by chance .
I noted no iron in the room, no shower cap when I use shower. You know us ladies we want to cover hair in shower.
