I lodged in this hotel recently and it is incredibly overpriced for such bad service. The customer service at the reception is awful as the receptionist are incredibly rude and arrogant, there was also a cockroach in the room, the pool and gym are very small

Nice exterior, poor interior, terrible customer service. The staff acted as if they were doing guests a favour by giving them rooms. I had to take my luggage upstairs all alone and had quite some difficulty in locating my room without any assistance from any hotel staff.

The rooms are fine, with good air conditioning and well working showers. Although there is a musty smell that returns if one leaves the room too long. The cleaning staff were very friendly. They only give one key per room and make you return it every time you leave the hotel…

Spacious. Easily accessible. Quite affordable rooms with functional amenities. Courteous staff, though a couple of inexperience one during my visit. Nice rooftop bar, but the choice of access is quite worrisome.
