The only good thing about this hotel is its location that is it is close to the airport. The rooms had a smell and in an attempt to reduce the smell they use old drummer air freshener. For the price, the hotel is too ordinary. The elevator doesn’t work. The heater is very small…

Residency Hotel should pay more attention to the brand value offerings. Hotels should be a second home for guest - serene, and warm. Very noisy environment and poor customer care service.

This has to be the absolute worst experience I had with a hotel near the airport. The parking is extremely small, the rooms smell like manure, and the food is unbelievably bad. They gave me dry and cold food and expected me to pay for it. It is also wildly overpriced. The prices…
