It had retained its location as probably the very first apartment in 2015 but I was sincerely shocked at the state of the rooms. I feel the need to revamp entirely

Bought an apartment here but since purchase I've complained about water seepage from the upstairs flight with the estate management doing nothing about it. Came home after two years to find my furniture stained with molds!

Clean and quiet residence... however some flats don't have intercom installed yet so causes a little delay at the security gate. Also not really sure about the rationale for signing in to enter a residential apartment 😐
