The lift not working and am on the 6th floor. Since 8am all am hearing is they are working on it. The internet also is very poor. A starlink or MTN fiber would have worked far better. 2 days going with the lift not working yet. We have to walk 6 straight floora up and down.

Rooms are very dirty. Beddings and curtains are very dirty. There is mold in the bathrooms and this is toxic! Service was the bare minimum. Stale smell in the walkways. Tiny elevator. Broken sockets that were not working. We even asked for a replacement for the beddings but…

I think I can comfortably say that this is the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had anywhere, ever. The biggest let down is the constant noise. Had an all day conference in their meeting room and we could barely hear ourselves over the cacaphony of the birthday party from next door…
