I stayed for a week, 7 days, I was not able to use Laundry services for once, have to find a way to iron my cloths outside, Laundry is not always around or not on duty, even when his on duty you don't get to see him, I called more than 3x, went to reception myself, same story, he will come, he never show up. There is a breakfast but you don't have option, you eat whatever is available, just one meal. It's funny that DSTv sub expired and they don't subscribe, only channel 100 is available, if you are a football fan this is not a place to lodge cos you will be disappointed. They say the TV is smart tv but you can't connect to it, I did all I can, it didn't work, they try too same. And network is poor her as well I don't know of this is cos of the hotel location. The reason I rated it 3star is cos of the hotel interior, it's cool but the service need a lot of improvement.

Can you imagine? They put my sponge in a black nylon bag, and my towel was nowhere to be found! They moved all my things from room 203 to another room - 202 - without my consent. I had to ask them where my towel was. This hotel's hospitality is zero! Do better! When someone lodges, the least you can do is let people feel safe and secure.

Room was above average, but the bathroom was tight. The biggest issue I had there was the loud music that continued up to 3am!! When I was ready to check out, the receptionist had the effrontery to ask me to wait until they check I didn’t take something from the room!! Generally, not a great experience

Onaiho O.★★★★★ — First off, I would like to start this review by mentioning the fact that this hotel holds parties from 6:00pm till 12:00am (sometimes until 1:00am) and you can hear every single activity (the vulgar, crass music on full volume, a bunch of random men smoking up the place and making a ruckus e.t.c) going on in the outdoor area from your room. So you can imagine how uncomfortable it was trying to sleep while all sorts of shenanigans were happening outside. Secondly, the room service in this place is ridiculously slow, (order something by 8 in the morning and you'll probably get it at 11:00 and I'm not even exaggerating). Additionally, their cleaning services are also poor and I unfortunately had to cohabit with a baby rat that slipped under my door on my last day in the hotel. 2/10 Experience, do not recommend AT ALL.
