- Olamide A. ★★★★★ : My stay at Witsspring Suites was decent overall. The hotel is aesthetically pleasing, and its tucked-away location gives you the feeling of discovering a hidden gem. The rooms were cozy, comfortable, and well-designed, although I think they could benefit from brighter lighting. The restroom was clean, which I appreciated. However, there were a few issues that affected my experience. The tea cup and drinking glass provided in my room were visibly dirty. I reported it to room service, and while they took them away for cleaning, the glass was still unclean when it was returned. Another issue was the bathroom water heater, which wasn't working because it had been disconnected. I reported it, and a staff member checked it and told me the maintenance person would come to fix it. Unfortunately, no one ever came before I checked out. I later found out that the water heater in my friend's room wasn't working either, so I'm not convinced the issue was ever going to be addressed during our stay. Overall, I had an okay experience. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere and comfortable rooms, but better attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and follow-through on guest complaints would make a significant difference.
