This facility feels like an oasis, a rose amongst thorns. The location lets it down slightly, as the road, street lighting, poor signage on the way to the venue may be discouraging, until you arrive and appreciate the facilities, services and friendly customer support.
Mr Sam, his front of desk team and the kitchen/restaurant staff were fantastic. It was my sister's birthday and she got a splendid thoughtful reception, with everyone singing best wishes and a customised cake free. You made her day, thank you.
Overall its a 5 star, i would come again, but i would ask the management to consider collaborating with other establishments nearby and local government to provide better roads, street lights leading to these excellent venues, which would only improve quality of life for the local community and encourage more customer interest to boost small businesses and grow local economy.

I also highly recommend the hotel’s dining experience, largely because Gift truly lives up to his name. His calm and welcoming aura, combined with his politeness and consistent smile, makes dining a relaxing and enjoyable experience. His service is attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely heartfelt, which elevates the entire atmosphere.
Overall, the staff are the heart of this hotel, and they are the main reason I will be returning. Faith and Gift, in particular, left a lasting impression, and their exceptional service reflects the high standard of hospitality this hotel offers. If you are like me who doesnt have an adventurous taste buds, just stick to what you are familiar with lol. I had the 'grilled fish' and chips and honestly I didnt enjoy the fish because it didnt taste like what I am used to lol so maybe another thing to do is ask the waiters questions but luckily the sauce from my starter was a great help to eat it.
