rooms are spacious,needs renovation,some stuffs are outdated,big underground space and car park,lift working perfectly but they need to do more in the buffet they serve in the morning...no rice on the menu and stingy with food.light is constant.

There synergy between their booking system and their reception is very poor. Had to stay in the reception for close to an hour before they confirmed a reservation already paid for in advance. The food is too pricy and the towels aging.They could do better.

Absolutely not. Seemingly nice hotel once you walk in. Check in was fine. Changed to deluxe room since ended up staying less than 8 hours. Walking to room, saw a roach on wall. Got to room 323, room appeared okay though very worn. Roaches in trash can, put can outside snd told…
