Chisom A. ★★★★★ : I got there only to meet them embarrassing my uncle saying he can’t use the elevator because he’s wearing shorts. It’s a very unnecessary rule, that’s one way to lose customers fast! They were not even respectful about it.
CH P. ★★★★★ : They are terrible with their customer service, the staff speaks rudely. They told me I can only take the elevator if I’m wearing trousers but on shorts I should take the stairs. The segregation is very unnecessary. Very disgraceful and bullying

Prof. U. ★★★★★ : KARMA hotel offers excellent facilities including gym, spa, restaurant and supermarket. The ambiance throughout the hotel was relaxing and inviting. Service: The staff consistently go above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Whether it was housekeeping, room service, or concierge, everyone was attentive and friendly. Special thanks to the manager for outstanding service. Value for Money: Considering the quality of accommodation, service, and location, I found the pricing to be very reasonable. It’s a great choice. I highly recommend KARMA HOTEL to anyone visiting Apapa Lagos Nigeria. It exceeded my expectations in every way, and I look forward to returning on my next trip.
jaganath R. ★★★★★ : “My experience at Karma was wonderful. The ambience and food were excellent, and the warm welcome at the reception was truly mind-blowing. I especially appreciated the briefing given by Ms. Maureen at the reception. Her communication skills and hospitality knowledge are impressive, and they made the experience even better.”

Busari O. ★★★★★ : I want to give a fair and honest review based on my stay. The issue with this hotel is not necessarily a lack of effort in daily cleaning, housekeeping does sweep and try to keep the place tidy. However, the real problem is that all of the facilities, furniture, and fittings are simply too old. The rooms have a persistent unpleasant smell, which seems to come from age rather than dirt. The furniture is extremely worn, with visible termite damage, and many items feel far past their usable condition. The mattress is very uncomfortable, you can feel the springs and the bedsheets, although sometimes washed, are so old that they’ve become discolored and carry a lingering odor that washing alone can’t fix. There are also maintenance concerns. The pipes are rusted, and the water has a rusty smell when used, ordinary dust bin they don't change it's you will be seeing rusted dust bin in the rooms. Chairs in the room are too old and worn out to comfortably sit on, regardless of cleaning. Overall, all of the items in the room have exceeded their lifespan. The elevator is another major concern, it feels unsafe. As it moves, you can see debris and dirt falling, and it’s not something you should enter without your phone in case you need to call for help. It’s clear the hotel tries to maintain basic cleanliness of the rooms, but the age of the facilities makes it difficult for that effort to translate into a comfortable stay. What this place really needs is a complete renovation and replacement of old furniture and fittings. Until then, I would not recommend staying here if you value comfort and a fresh and healthy environment.
Mario P. ★★★★★ : Went to use the pool with friends, wife children. Spent some good money here. The swim coatch for my kid was great But the service as slow as usual, some dishes fell beside on the pool floor and it

Odekunle O. ★★★★★ : Good lodging apartment in Victoria Island Lagos.
Sue S. ★★★★★ : My stay at Beni Hotel was extremely disappointing. The place is very dirty, with dust all over, including under the bed. There was no running water, and I had to use a kettle just to warm water, which is very inconvenient. The room was poorly maintained—there was no toilet seat cover, the air conditioning was not serviced, and parts of the ceiling seemed to be falling apart. The environment was also very noisy, and there was no WiFi. The staff were not helpful, which made the situation worse. To make matters more concerning, there were cockroaches everywhere, making the stay very uncomfortable. Overall, this hotel is not suitable for guests in its current condition. Serious improvements are needed in cleanliness, maintenance, and basic services.
