The kitchen staff were nice and meals were tasty. Dr Falade is very experienced and his reassuring words were very helpful to calm my fears about having this surgery. He is very cordial with staff and patients as well. Dr Biola was very patient with me and took her time to explain things I do not understand. All round amazing hospital, staff and service.

They left the patient unattended to for 8 hours, even when we went to look for the nurses they keep telling you they are coming. Nothing was administered to the patient for the 8hrs. Building repainted outside but the facility inside is shit. No fan in their private ward. Terrible experience overall. Regret coming here Their complaint number was just there for display. it was switched off.

As a first-time visitor, no one asked if I was new, so everyone assumed I knew the process and where to go. I also waited over two days (and I'm still waiting) for my X-ray results, only to discover they had entered my email address incorrectly. To make matters worse, you have to send a WhatsApp message just to receive your invoice... in 2026! Meanwhile, smaller laboratories in Ikeja GRA send results and documentation within 24 hours. For a hospital this large, the administrative processes are surprisingly inefficient and poorly coordinated. I can't comment on the quality of the doctors since I'm not a patient. However, the nurses I interacted with were polite and pleasant. The consultant I saw was okay.
