I was told to wait for hours before the room was ready… For the amount per night I think it should be like that. Many more that came after me was also told to wait that the room was been ready like they don’t clean until people are around to book them….

I've been to Virginrose a number of times, and each visit feels special—beautiful ambience, great food, and attentive staff. At times the service can be a little slow especially during Peak periods, but the overall experience keeps me coming back.
