Overall, I was genuinely disappointed with my experience. I believe these are areas the hotel needs to seriously review, particularly given that you accommodate international guests. Clear communication about payment policies, a more respectful payment process, and better…

The only good thing is the location, the rest I don't give 0 stars becouse I can't. Dirty, old, bad and expensive food, service terrible slow (the only customer in the resturant and 50 minutes for a simple burguer) I don't recommend it at all less in case you need something close…

If proximity to the airport is your top priority, then this hotel is conveniently located. Unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of my stay!!!!! I genuinely felt misled by the hotel's online photos and overall presentation. Based on its online presence and the Accor…

I am deeply disappointed with what Ibis has become. The quality standards are not what they used to be, and this is coming from a guest who has been visiting since 2017. On checking in, the bedsheets and duvet on my bed were dirty. The duvet looked unwashed from the previous…

Our experience with Ibis was very appalling. The service was not to write home about. For the payment services which was supposed to be stress free turned out to be a night mere. We made our payments and even showed proof of payment but insisted that the payment was not seen…

Great location and staff, but the building needs some TLC. A stay at the Ibis Ikeja offers a mixed experience. The Highlights: * Location & Security: This is the hotel’s strongest suit. It’s secure and perfectly situated for anyone needing to reach the airport while avoiding…

I'm writing to share my disappointing experience at your hotel, which was unfortunately marred by poor management and rude staff. Our stay in rooms 521 and 522 was supposed to be a routine part of our trip, but it turned out to be a nightmare. During checkout, we faced issues…

Not a bad place though but I think you can do better with your wardrobe. Your chef needs to do better as well. The ogbono soup was an eyesore for me. The okra soup too was not bad but the okra looked uncooked. Not a bad experience overall
