Asked to use the pool and have food and drinks. Food and drinks is possible we did have to wait 2 hours for our food to arrive. Pool not possible unless you staying there ? I asked to pay a feee not allowed. Two managers who I asked where gonna ask their boss and let me know.
Ones we leaving and complaining they say: we told you, you can use the pool. Oh come on!!!

But I'm concerned about some rough looking vehicles always parked by the hotel's fence during the day with some men gisting (maybe cab drivers). It defaces the hotel's avenue/entrance and may even make guests uncomfortable...in my own opinion.

The property itself had so much mosquitoes everywhere and the constant smell of weed filled its hallway. After reading other reviews, highlighting the service as terrible, with rude management , it is clear this is how they operate business .
As a frequent traveler , I have never had a hotel complain about having multiple luggage . It’s clear this hotel is only used to local guest and has no clue how to handle out of state travelers coming from afar.
Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere else but here .

My friends and I regularly visit this establishment because of its neat, clean, and calm environment. However, on 1st February 2026, at approximately 11:15 PM, I experienced an issue that I believe requires your attention.
I ordered one bottle of Heineken beer (60CL). The usual price I have consistently paid at this location is ₦2,500, but on this occasion I was charged ₦4,000 for the same item. When I questioned the price and requested a bill or receipt, the staff refused to provide any bill.
This conduct is concerning, as overcharging customers without transparency and refusing to issue a receipt is unprofessional and against acceptable business and consumer practices.
I respectfully request that this matter be investigated and appropriate action taken to prevent a recurrence. I also request feedback on the outcome of this complaint.
