They don't turn on their AC, and this was in the middle of the heat period in Nigeria, when we asked the answer was "we only turn on the generator when we feel like" this is the most ridiculous answer I've ever received from any anybody running a hotel business.

I reported the issue of the weak shower water pressure, yet nothing was done to resolve it. The problem remains exactly the same, showing a clear lack of responsibility and zero follow-up from the management.
Furthermore, the music bar operates until nearly 3:00 a.m., causing significant noise that makes it impossible to rest properly in the room. This is highly unprofessional and shows a complete disregard for guests’ comfort.
The service quality is far below acceptable hotel standards, and the overall experience has been extremely disappointing. Immediate improvement is urgently required.
VS V.★★★★★ — The room service in this hotel is extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable. After the bathroom was cleaned, the staff did not replace essential items such as bath towels, bath soap, or toilet paper. These are basic necessities that any hotel should provide without fail.
Even worse, after requesting these items, I had to keep following up with the receptionist for almost an hour before anything was finally sent to the room. This level of service is far below acceptable hotel standards and shows a serious lack of professionalism.

Upon arrival the Generator is turned on to fool you into thinking the Rooms are unsuited with AC (round the clock) few minutes after committing. The hotel returns to its mideocre state.A 25k ROOM NO AC OVERNIGHT, NO WATER HEATER, THE TV'S DON'T SHOW A CHANNEL, THE WINDOWS ARE BROKEN, THE BEDCOVER IS STICKEY AND TACKY, MOSQUITO INFESTED ROOM,NO MINI CHEELER, THE STAFF ( A CERTAIN LIGHTSKINNED GIRL) LIES FOR A LIVING. THE ENVIRONMENT IS FILLED WITH THUG LOOKING BOYS MOVING AROUND WITH POWER BANKS AND PHONES PLAYING LOUD SONGS.
It’s a struggle to sleep with the LOUD FAULTY CEILING FAN INSTALLED IN THE ROOM, THE SHOWER DONT WORK, YOU USE A BUCKET, ROTTEN CEILIN. Visit at your own convenience and confirm my claims.
