Is well located along Golf course Road by its already outdated in design. It needs rigorous rewiring to meet up with present day standards.

This used to be one of the best hotels in Benin city for decades. Poor maintenance and evidently management has left it a shadow of itself. To assume relevance, this hotel will require complete redevelopment.
