Checking in was also a frustrating experience. The POS machines were not working, and I had to spend half an hour just to get my room, which is completely unacceptable.
The dinner buffet was equally poor and limited. I arrived around 6:30 p.m., just half an hour after opening, and was told that some options were already finished. Portions were very small, the variety was minimal, and most of the food was either cold or clearly reheated multiple times, making it almost inedible. Items like pasta and vegetables were in particularly poor condition after repeated reheating.
Overall, the combination of the room conditions, poor dining experience, and inefficient check-in process made this stay very unsatisfactory.

I would have done this since it happened but i asked for your company’s line but the receptionist gave me her own number it was recently my friend told me about your website
Firstly i made an enquiry weeks back about your rooms and it’s prices then i was told about the discount, fast forward to when i came to lodge i wasn’t given the discount so i just thought it was over and a room that was shown to me as the lowest room was what they gave me when i asked for another one confusing right i already made enquiry so i just made payment and when i got to the room i noticed so maybe i made a mistake, so the next day in the morning i wasn’t served breakfast and i called the restaurant to ask for, they told me that you guys do not give breakfast anymore because of the discount and before i could tell her i wasn’t given a discount she hung up, i even came downstairs to ask for the manager so i could complain but they told me he wasn’t around, it is even stated on your website that there is a complementary breakfast so what happened that day?
Secondly my friend who told me about your hotel while i complained to him about what happened to me told me that he bought plantain chips for two different price 10k from one girl and 8k from the girl on glasses. What kind of confused and dishonest organization is this?

With the mindset that they will keep proper maintenance of the hotel, I lodged someone there on February 11th, 2026, room 205 to be precise; the room AC did not work, the room smelt badly, and to top it all, the receptionist was a total disaster – zero customer service. She answers the official telephone line like her private phone and never responds to messages on time. Overall impression: the location is super, but the hotel is as good as dead due to poor maintenance culture.

There should be more additional activities of interest introduced and adequate officials on ground to ensure rules are adhered to such as smoking of prohibited substances in the premises, and stationed all around to prevent persons from veering away towards the open water, especially the young ones.
The boat rides should be emphasized as as introducing water bikes and other such mind/eye teasers.
Notable was the poor state of 2 crocodiles/alligators that were confined in a very limited space without access to water for cooling.
The management should do better and make it an enjoyable to-go location.
