Another attraction of the Fallon is the ease of access to and from the Asaba airport. The strong internet connection was a major advantage. I was able to work seamlessly in both local time (WAT) and EST, and the connection remained steady throughout. This allowed me to work remotely without any interruptions. We therefore asked the receptionist which dishes are available at the hotel restaurant and whether the restaurant was already open. Unfortunately, the lady at the reception responded in an inappropriate tone, appeared disinterested, and simply said, “Ask in the back,” without providing any further assistance.
In the hospitality industry, the way something is communicated is just as important as the information itself. This hotel would greatly benefit from better-trained staff in hospitality and customer service. Due to this experience, we decided to leave the hotel immediately.

Downsides: Room i stayed in had clogged bathroom drain so I had to later change it, Location is not close to the main roads at all, not well known by keke drivers, tiny swimming pool, bad/slow wifi connection.
So far, I love the serene environment, neat and appeasing to the eyes rooms and the complimentary breakfast
