The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and they made me feel valued as a customer. The branch was well-organized and clean, and I didn't have to wait long before I was attended to. The staff were knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions about their products and services. They also took the time to explain the different options available to me, which I really appreciated. The banking facilities were modern and up-to-date, and I was able to carry out my transactions quickly and efficiently. The staff also offered me assistance with online banking and mobile banking, which was very helpful. Overall, I had a very positive experience at the First Bank New Benin Market Branch. The staff were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant banking experience. I would definitely recommend this branch to anyone looking for a reliable and customer-focused bank in Benin City. I am very satisfied with the service I received and will definitely be returning to this branch for all my future banking needs. Keep up the good work!
