Smell of cigarettes almost choke me to death. everywhere, including my room, was just smelling of smoke.

A small but homely place. It was renovated recently which resulted in about 50% increase in the rates. Though, the increase in rates attempt to classify it as a 3 star hotel but the services and utilities have not improved. So it remains a 2 star hotel.

Located off New Lagos road in Benin City, the capital of Edo state. It is not really grand as its name implies. The view is not good because it is situated in the midst of some decrepit residential houses. The service is fairly okay. Some of the facilities needs urgent attention…

Really nice place although the tap and heater in the bathroom need some maintenance. I really liked this place. Food was absolutely delicious and room prices fair. I'll come back.
