Ovic is a great hotel with nice view, well trained staff and strategically located. The kitchen staff needs to improve better in time management when customers make orders. The waiting time is crazy.

Half decent hotel with superb staff. I'm giving it one star because of the strong damp issue that gave the room a very strong smell, And, the irrational management procedures in running the hotel, it's rigid and unreasonable and unsatisfactory.
