So I complained and my room was changed. Also breakfast buffet wasn't so good.... didn't come wth too many options. Other than that, a beautiful hotel...oh and shower in d bathroom was divine, beds were also very comfy

The customer will be satisfied with the comfort of the rooms, whichever of the different types offered. There is constant light, I don't know how they manage that in these times.
A plus is the free breakfast for all customers irrespective of the class of room occupied which is a plus. It creates an avenue for interaction among it's customers. I've enjoyed my stay for the times spent there.

The rooms are spacious, equipped with everything that can make your stay a wonderful experience. The complimentary breakfast for ONLY one person is nice, if you are two in a room, the second person is charged.
I will always return to this hotel and encourage everyone who needs a secured, moderate, and friendly atmosphere to book it.

I had stayed in the hotel many years ago and I found it splendid that it not only still exists but also provides welcoming hospitality at a fairly good price.
Friendly and responsive staff too.
Hope the complimentary breakfast will have more variety or, well, noodles should not be one of the options.

I had a housekeeping staff barge in my room without knocking. The hotel needs to have a "Do not disturb" signage. No excuse on not having that at all.
As part of the larger conversation with Nigeria, maintenance is of utmost importance. Hotel walls shouldn't be dirty. Bathroom shouldn't be moldy. Hot water should run properly without going out. TV didn't have good channels or service. The second floor hallway was constantly warm and humid. No working AC there. Oh, the elevator is ridiculously small and DID NOT WORK.
The hotel restaurant was constantly not serving a good majority of what was on their menu. Hotel only provides breakfast to 1 person per room. If i'm paying a ridiculous amount of money to stay at a hotel, everyone should be able to get a free breakfast voucher.
Ezinwa Nwachukwu-Agbada.★★★★★ — I stayed at Glossy Hotel when I went to Akure for a work trip. It was comfortable. The mattress was quite soft, if you have orthopaedic issues, you might need to make a special request. Their complementary breakfast was poor the first day but we complained and they changed the menu, the second day. There's a mini mart too. Glossy is a decent, clean, affordable and quiet establishment if you have business or pleasure in Akure.
