Cool place with nice pool bar at night but there food are unduly expensive. The music from the open bar is way too much for the comfort of lodgers. Customer delivery service is extremely poor. It takes more than an hour to get a bottle of water.

Good maintenance culture. Courteous staff. Serene atmosphere in the middle of a bustling neighborhood. Safe and secure environment. Parking can be a problem, especially on nights of live band showcase, when non-resident guests come around.
