Boye F. ★★★★★ : These people are not serious at all. I’ve been trying to reach them for over a week now. I have six of their numbers, including their COO’s number but some are not connecting while those that connected were not picked and no call back. I was only able to talk to two of their installers, I suspect, today but they were not of much help. Too early for this sloppy and poor communication which may be a pointer to the quality of their service.

Horrifying customer service, no email address to contact them, calls daily even on weekends, and nothing. They don't deserve a star, but I need to give them one to post this. Horrible people. Do better!
