If your work depends on the internet,. please avoid them, they won't communicate until you send an email. I honestly thought it was just me but reading reviews now. We are on another "downtime" now and it's been since Tuesday and this is Saturday, they have 48 hours to fix it and it lapsed today! It's so ridiculous. I had to go to a neighbour to work. It's ridiculous. Let's not even talk about how their service slows down when you are about to renew, like that's how I know my renewal is coming up, instead of them to just send a reminder. It's all so ridiculous!!!! I've concluded to end my relationship with them and hopefully find a better and more reliable ISP.
