Your response to my google review was just a joke. You said you strive to meet what exactly. Ninety what percent? Are you trying to be funny for the sake of reviewers reading the reviews? Merely two weeks ago that I wrote the review and again your service is down. It was down last week and has been down again since yesterday. My whole estate has threatened to leave you guys. Every single week your service is down with no warning and no ETA. You refuse to give a credit or discount for the time it is down and simply say sorry.

Cobranet Ltd, has come a long way, providing internet network services and especially networking and providing a virtual private network for Zenith Bank Plc which is their exclusive preserve.
When compared to its peers, it has continue to survive. Several service providers have come and gone.
The only challenge though is that like most service providers, they have been unable to expand their operations to the rural areas most in need of quality internet services.
They have concentrated their services mainly in the urban oversaturated environment, which may be due in part to poor power infrastructure across the country, double taxation, security, legislation etc.
In all they have withstood the volatile business environment for a very long time. Kudos to them.
I will recommend them only in areas where they have strong signals and better quality of service.

Brainshare internet works well in Lekki, but when it doesn’t work it doesn’t work. The issue I have when the network is down is the customer service, they need to improve.
Update: the service is okay, but the speed is not great.

Depending on your location, note that you may need to exercise some patience during connection time to ensure you get the best customer's experience.
After 2+ years of connecting to internet through them, I can attest to the high quality of their internet connections. They struggle to manage their subscribers payment, very poor in accounting for customers payments. Be ready for embarrassing disconnection over payment you have made but their internal processes would not allow finance and technical teams to communicate.

If I could give zero stars I would, their installation was poorly done from the start, and ever since then, the service has been unreliable. On multiple occasions, my internet was down for days, yet they failed to properly remit or compensate for the lost service time, despite repeated follow-ups.
Customer service is even worse. You’re constantly passed around between staff who clearly don’t know what they’re doing or have conflicting information. When you ask to speak with a supervisor, they promise a callback — which never happens. Not once.
It’s exhausting having to chase a company for basic accountability and professionalism. If you value your peace of mind, time, and money, do yourself a favor and do not buy into their nonsense. There are far better broadband providers out there, like MTN FibreX
