The doorman was very helpful, he explained what I needed and gave me a form to fill out, which I appreciated. However, it took quite some time before I was attended to. The staff inside seemed a bit lackadaisical, and the person who attended to me didn’t properly walk me through the process. I had to personally ensure that my details were correctly entered.
On the positive side, the office is easy to locate. It’s the office on the right as you enter Ozone Mall.
Overall, the experience could be improved with more proactive and attentive customer service.
