    Recent reviews

    • Ajala A. ★★★★★ : Nice place, good customer service and great staffs
    • Isabella O. ★★★★★ : I visited this MTN office after going to the Akoka branch, where I was told the NIN network was down. I came here to buy a SIM card. The doorman was very helpful, he explained what I needed and gave me a form to fill out, which I appreciated. However, it took quite some time before I was attended to. The staff inside seemed a bit lackadaisical, and the person who attended to me didn’t properly walk me through the process. I had to personally ensure that my details were correctly entered. On the positive side, the office is easy to locate. It’s the office on the right as you enter Ozone Mall. Overall, the experience could be improved with more proactive and attentive customer service.

    Recent reviews

    • Ekpobiyere M. ★★★★★ : Their customer service is awful and impossible to get in touch with. Even their supposedly helpful WhatsApp option just ignores messages, even urgent ones. They're a frustrating and inconsiderate company.
    • Temitope M. ★★★★★ : Their service delivery is not straight forward, the customer service is horrible. Their engineers are not of good character, they'd lie through their teeth to install the internet knowing fully well your signal won't be strong, they are also never available to provide support. I know you are being convinced their service is better, these were the sweet words I was cajoled with too, you will see shege, they treat you like an object. They never make up for down time, and it's something they have often. It's a business basically setup as a front because you can't render such porous service to anyone if they were in business. Run!!! Seek a better alternative Ekovolt Internet service will not only make you lost quality time, it'd help you lost everything. Do Not Use EKOVOLT

    • Kifaayah A. ★★★★★ : Teton or customer service and the only spectra net office that will register you today and get your account suspended that same day with the excuse ‘I did not work today’
    • Michael A. ★★★★★ : What is really 'confusing' about Spectranet is how the customer care folks give customers conflicting information, promise and fail when sharing required details for clarification. This is not good for both business partners who may be buying volume, and for consumers buying any level of data. Business has been affected in a bad way because it appears Spectranet is only after re-subscription and not solving customer issues. Anyways...

    • Bakhita O. ★★★★★ : I wish I could rate 0 stars! They look my outdoor unit for upgrade and repairs since 2023 and never returned it. Their engineer tried to extort me and they’ll keep lying when you send mails and won’t pick your calls. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS.
    • Simisola A. ★★★★★ : By the time I found out they were scammers, I had already paid. They won’t refund you and they’ll ignore you on all social media platforms. They won’t pick your call either or respond to your email. Their customer service is 0 !!!. They purposely limited comments on their IG cos of how useless they are . They’re definitely worst than the Govt. Something needs to be done about them collecting money from Clients, then saying there’s no coverage and holding on to the clients money. Paid them 172,500 and there’s literally no hope of getting a refund . Useless lots!!

    • Doris A. ★★★★★ : They moved their store to GRA Ikeja and didn't think it wise to update the information on Google map. Only to stress someone to go there and walk the whole perimeter of the mall looking for them. Before I went, I even asked their online customer care agent to confirm that they were located at commercial avenue, sabo-yaba, which he did😫. Waste of time and Money!
