    • moyin S. ★★★★★ : This network and downtime, 5&6. When it's working, it's working very well, but in a day, they can have up to 5 downtimes, each lasting no less than 30 mins. How many hours come remain to use WiFi if 30 mins downtime 4 times a day?

    Recent reviews

    • Victor E. ★★★★★ : My recent customer service experience was with Ms Somto. Her service was exceptional and outstanding. She attended to my complaint and ensured resolution within the shortest time (outside the turn around time) to my surprise.
    • Joy O. ★★★★★ : This is one of the most useless networks you can ever imagine. During most holidays, the network stops working for up to 5 to 7 days. Since the 31st of April, I have had no network to work with up till today, the 6th of May, and this is not the first time it is happening. They only tell you “sorry” without any compensation for the days you lost jobs and missed meetings because of their incompetence.

    Recent reviews

    • Emmanuel O. ★★★★★ : I bought their wifi late November 2025. The first week seems good, but from the second week, the network just trips off, "connected without internet". Although it will reconnect after a min or 2 but it disrupts my work. This January, the network has been terrible slow. Now, I am facing slow network, and network instability, after spending over 120k, for installation and subscription. I chat them almost everyday like we are dating. I would not recommend for anyone in Shomolu.
    • Jethro A. ★★★★★ : My experience was bad. It’s always going on and off. After we spent almost 800k on installation. We did not enjoy it at all. We didn’t get value for money. I would not recommend their service. Though their customer service is good. They will respond to you but you won’t get value for money……

    • Yussuff J. ★★★★★ : If there were an award for Nigeria's most unreliable, unprofessional, and incompetent fiber internet provider, my vote would go to NGCOM. I've been a paying customer for six months, but I've only had a functioning internet connection for 17 days in total. The remaining time has been nothing but prolonged outages, unfulfilled promises, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability. A fiber internet provider should provide internet. Unfortunately, NGCOM has consistently failed at the one thing it's paid to do. In all my years dealing with service providers, I've never encountered one that shows so little regard for its customers' time, money, and trust.
    • Yussuf J. ★★★★★ : Based on my experience, NGCOM deserves the award for the most incompetent, unreliable, unprofessional, and customer-unfriendly fiber internet provider in Nigeria. I've been a paying customer for six months, yet I've only had a working internet connection for a total of 17 days. The remaining time has been a cycle of outages, empty promises, excuses, and a complete lack of accountability. Calling this "fiber internet" is an insult to every provider that actually delivers the service they charge for. In all my years dealing with internet providers, I've never seen a company demonstrate such disregard for its customers' time, money, and trust.
