I found the CSU officers to be professional and you feel empathy in their quest to attend to your needs. The environment is serene. Though this may not be your focus when you are cut off from the internet.

It wasn't easy to locate, cos there was no signage or poster to indicate their exact location. Had to ask building by building to get there. They offer fairly cheap internet services but their network reach is limited and such the quality /strength is like a yo-yo ball
