The internet disappears randomly, speeds drop for no reason, and somehow the customer service is even worse than the network itself. You report an issue and suddenly everyone becomes a motivational speaker: “Have you tried restarting your router?” Meanwhile the entire service has clearly collapsed. Or they just completely ignore you. At this point, I’m not paying for internet, I’m paying for stress, buffering, and unanswered complaints. Choose them as your own risk.

It's more than 10working days, up till now, no one has called to connect my home. No follow up, no email communication to show you paid for a service. Customer service replies are extremely slow. You pay for a service and you will be the one doing follow up. The service might be ok as people claim, the customer service might get you mad if anything goes wrong with the network. I just imagine if this guys were providing services for 100,000 people, how will they manage issues similar to this. I don't normally do reviews like this, I have been frustrated beyond my limits. My consolation is to return back to my previous network and get my refund. If you are new to fibre networks, my advice is to read reviews, subscribe to Internet companies who are close by so that you can visit them when you are not getting value.

Downloads are fast, streaming is smooth, and solid for my gaming and video meetings. For that reason alone, I’m sticking around. Although, the reliability can be inconsistent sometimes. I’ve had a couple of random outages and slowdowns, and getting through to support they fix it. I would say I love the performance so far sha, but I wish the service was as dependable as the speed. If they tighten up their uptime, this would easily be a 100% for me

I’ve called and texted and it’s the same excuses. I’ll be changing them very soon.

They assured a speed of 5mbps but i get the speed throttle up to an average of 12 - 15mbps daily, irrespective of the time of the day. Downtimes are almost non-existent and billing options are flexible and affordable. For this they get my 5 stars. Kudos guys!
