They started out well when they had fewer customers and I've been using them since 2021, but just like clockwork, their service has been horrendous in the past few months. As I'm typing this, I haven't had internet for over two weeks now and their team has been doing a poor job of getting someone to visit my house to fix the issue. The sheer lack of professionalism and lackadaisical attitude recently is mind boggling for an ISP I've been rooting for and introduced to several people in the past. This is the kind of trash service you expect from FibreOne or Tizeti. I'm currently shopping for a new ISP and will ditch Syscodes like a bad habit once I find a suitable one. Don't waste your money on this one!!!.
