You can't be running a 24/7 service, in a country like Nigeria where cables can cut due to unplanned construction/accident, then your client can get help until the following working day. Yet you are quick to disconnected them when their payment due date. Meaning they paid for service they didn't use. This looks like scam.
Other than that their network is good when it worked.

They started out well when they had fewer customers and I've been using them since 2021, but just like clockwork, their service has been horrendous in the past few months. As I'm typing this, I haven't had internet for over two weeks now and their team has been doing a poor job of getting someone to visit my house to fix the issue.
The sheer lack of professionalism and lackadaisical attitude recently is mind boggling for an ISP I've been rooting for and introduced to several people in the past. This is the kind of trash service you expect from FibreOne or Tizeti. I'm currently shopping for a new ISP and will ditch Syscodes like a bad habit once I find a suitable one.

The customer service unit actually try to give you a great experience. theyr available at midnight to attend to your complaints and help. But the problem persists. It has been frustrating... month in and out with no solution in sight. I have been with them for 4 years so I write this review out of love. Take your money elsewhere.
