Secondly, wife booked an appointment and was confirmed. Only to get there and be told that she doesn't have an appointment because she booked with the Doctor and the doctor did not book the appointment. After, wasting time and keeping one waiting. No one seemed to care. That's poor customer service. Incredibly appalling!

I started having severe pain recently and I had to do an Xray at another facility only to realise my extraction at AIRE dental clinic was poorly done. I am appalled and I feel severe pain towards AIRE.
I had to go through another procedure at another facility to get the remnant extracted after several months.
I will like AIRE to employ good dentist and not allow other patient suffer this fate.

I wanted to give this a four star because more than once,my appointment was shifted and I had to wait.But I am going ahead to give it five stars as I came to understand that not only do most patients not keep to time(thereby eating into another patient's time),an ongoing treatment could exceed the time allotted to it.
