    • Becky U. ★★★★★ : My experience at Specsmart was excellent. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, which made me feel comfortable and valued. The eye examination was thorough and professional, and both the doctor and the intern were very friendly, patient, and attentive throughout the process. They took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured that all my concerns were properly addressed. I truly appreciated the level of care and customer service I received. Specsmart provides a welcoming environment with a team that genuinely cares about its clients. I would highly recommend Specsmart to anyone looking for quality eye care and excellent service.

    • Ogunnupebi F. ★★★★★ : I loved it at the clinic and the staff are very considerate
    • Olufunke W. ★★★★★ : My parents came back from Vision Planet Eye Clinic, Ikeja today, 26th June 2026 and all the gist about their positive experience there with Dr. Chiamaka is so heartwarming. They were well attended to and explanations were provided to all their questions, the cost was also fair. I have asked that they also drop their 5 star review. I'm dropping this review especially because a few days ago they went Eye Foundation Ikeja and had a very bad experience from very expensive bills to very poor and inhumane customer experience.

    • Olamide A. ★★★★★ : I've been to Hephzibah four different times now, and it's been an amazing experience every single time - from the front desk staff to the doctors themselves. I was initially seen by Dr Tejiri, and then after some staff shuffling, I've been in the care of Dr Isioma. Both have been exceptional. Dr Isioma in particular took the time to properly examine my eye after a sports-related injury, explained everything clearly - from the pressure reading to why each of the prescribed drops was necessary - and made sure I understood the follow-up plan before I left. That level of care and communication is rare especially in Nigeria, and I really appreciate it.
    • Comfort O. ★★★★★ : They are extremely friendly and make you relax. The doctor is also really warm and explains in details the whole process. I genuinely loved my experience at the clinic.

    • Adebayo S. ★★★★★ : I am only giving it one star because there’s no way I can give zero. I got there before 9am and they wasted my entire they till I left in anger even after paying at past 4. The support staff were entirely clueless and all they do is walk around. Unless you are a vip or you have a personal relationship with a doctor there prior, prepare yourself to spend the entire day there, and like me you might not even be able to achieve anything. One of them even came to me today to pretend like he cared only for him to ask for my name and start dodging me after. Another one referred to me as “customer” rather than “patient” when I was about to make payment as though I went grocery shopping. If you really care about your eye health, avoid this particular branch. In this place, health for one isn’t health for all. And for wasting my day and despite having to travel down from another state, I hope you get your reward! Evil people!
    • Imani ★★★★★ : I had the pleasure of visiting this hospital and was surprised at the level of service and capacity. I was told my total appointment time may take up to three hours but was pleasantly surprised it was finished in two. The nurses and customer service were busy but polite and helpful. The doctor was also very professional and attentive. Keep it up!

    • UdokaObis ★★★★★ : With Maxi Specialist Eye Clinic be rest assured that you are in good hands, they also have state of the art equipments which are used in testing your vision to help diagnose how they can help you. For selecting of frames, you will be spoilt for choice.
    • Chika W. ★★★★★ : If you have any serious eye issues, please avoid them. They are more concerned about money than you and your eye. My sister ordered a particular lens which they neither delivered nor refunded for. They simply gave her regular lenses after charging her for ultra thin lenses. Also, they misdiagnosed her of glaucoma which cost her so much emotionally, mentally and financially and it's because of her kindness we're not sueing for serious damages. I owe it to my fellow Nigerians to save them from having severe damage due to this incompetent eye clinic. Run for your life.
