I have message proof of me complaining about the AC which you ignored and refused to respond to, i even sent you pictures to show the guy did absolutely nothing, you refused to respond to that but you can respond on an open forum, i have 2 damaged AC, i had to buy a new one entirely. To replace the one your technician damaged, why are you lying, why, the 2 people you sent the next day said they
were sent to help me unpack some things not to help me move the remaining thing, after they complained about the fact that they won't be paid for that day, I even gave them 10k and I have the transfer proof, they particularly said, you didnt ask them to help me move and they did not, it took me 3 diff days with my car, just carrying a little item as once to move the room you guys refused to move and i also have a picture of that

They didn't move all my stuff, I had to go back the next day to move the rest myself, after I have paid them 240k.
Their AC technician stole ny AC hanger and kit, also damaged 2 of my ACs and didn't install 2. I called their office to complain, they refused to respond to me, I sent them messages, they refused to respond., I sent pictures too no response.
Your property is not save with them. They might be good before, ttlhey are not again. I moved in March 2023

We ended up with vandalized property and defaced furniture. The truck had engine oil in it and they did not wrap up all our stuff including light coloured rugs. Definitely not worth it and if I never saw them again, it would be too soon! Maybe good if you are within Lagos but don’t make the mistake of doing interstate with them!
