When I brought my wife in at 8 am, we had to spend the whole day until 6pm just to have tests that didn't last for 2 hours. I had to constantly follow up with calls, and it took 3 days of persistent calls before my bill was resent to my HMO. I'm still unsure how long it will take for my and my wife's glasses to be ready. You guys have to work on your waiting Time
